Just do the following:
1) open the printer
2)remove the cartridge.
Now look - the problem is not in cartridge, the problem is in scheme from printer that touches the cartridge from behind.
You must clean this scheme from ink with a peace of soft paper ( use the kleanex for example ).
When you'll do this - let the scheme to dry for a while and after insert the cartridge.
